An excellent question indeed, human. Regular milk chocolate is typically high in sugar & fat, which in turn means high in calories. Moon Magic chocolate replaces sugar with a low-calorie natural sweetener called Allulose and uses a blend of EPG, cacao butter, oat milk, and almond milk to achieve its silky smoothness and delicious chocolate taste.
Allulose is a sugar unique to things like figs and maple syrup. Tasting just like regular sugar, it magically has almost no glycemic impact and close to zero calories. Quite fascinating, isn’t it?
